If you need to cancel your registration for a DBA event, contact dba@teamwi.com and copy Amiee Leavy at ajleavy@districtboards.org.
Cancellations made after food counts have been submitted for in-person events will be refunded minus the per-person cost incurred by DBA.
Any individual with an open balance from a previous DBA event, will not be permitted to register for a future event until the open balance is resolved.

Colleges and agencies have the option to substitute a registrant.
Please note that changes to original registration payments will not be made for substitutions.

Please be advised that events will be live-streamed and may be recorded for future promotional, educational, or production purposes. Photographs may also be taken throughout the event.
By registering for and attending an event, you acknowledge and agree that your image, likeness, and voice may be captured and used by the event organizers in live and recorded formats, as well as in future marketing, promotional materials, publications, social media, and other media channels without compensation.
Individuals wishing not to be photographed or recorded must inform the DBA office by contacting Amiee Leavy at ajleavy@districtboards.org.
