This is also a great opportunity for college groups to meet and coordinate for their upcoming meetings. If you have any specific questions or requests for the informational briefing, please let Amiee Leavy (DBA) or Megan Stritchko (WTCS) know.
Amiee is in the process of scheduling statewide group meetings with Senators Baldwin and Johnson on Tuesday, February 10th. Times and Senate rooms TBD. Congressional schedules frequently change, so these times could get adjusted as we get closer to the event. Thank you in advance for your willingness to be flexible. Colleges should request meetings with the members of the House representing their district. In general, meetings should be requested for Tuesday, February 11th between 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Teams should plan to arrive for appointments a minimum of thirty (30) minutes in advance to allow for bag checks and lines to go through metal detectors. If meetings overlap or timing is particularly tight, please consider splitting up to ensure timely arrival at each meeting. Share your photos and videos with us! We would love your help collecting photos and videos from this event for us to share on the website.
